No — we're a studio of two. That's the whole idea: you work directly with the designers doing the work, decisions happen fast, and you're not paying agency overhead for it.

Do I need a whole new brand, or can you refresh what I already have?

Either. Some clients come to us with nothing yet and need the whole thing built from the ground up; others already have a brand that just needs bringing up to date — a new site, a tightened-up identity, a more consistent look across channels. We do both, and we'll tell you honestly which one you actually need.

Can I hire you for just one thing — a logo, a landing page?

Yes. Not every project is a full rebrand. If you just need a logo, a single page, or a set of social templates, we're happy to take it on on its own.

Do you offer ongoing support or monthly retainers?

Yes — and it's how a lot of our clients prefer to work. A monthly retainer gives you a set amount of design time each month and priority turnaround, so your brand stays consistent without re-hiring every time something comes up.

How long does a project usually take?

Depends on scope, but roughly: a brand identity runs about 3–5 weeks, a website about 4–8 weeks, smaller pieces like a logo refresh or social templates around 1–2 weeks. You'll get a real timeline before we start, not a placeholder.

What do you build websites on?

Mostly Webflow — it gets you a fast, cleanly built site that you can actually update yourself afterward, without calling a developer for every small change. We design and build, so it's one team start to finish.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. We don't disappear at launch — we stay reachable for questions and small tweaks, and for anything ongoing (social, regular updates, brand upkeep) we offer a monthly retainer so you're not re-briefing someone new every time.

How do payments work?

For larger projects we work in milestones — as each stage is finished and approved, that part is invoiced, so you always know what you're paying for and when. Smaller projects are usually split in two, start and finish.

What if I'm not happy with the first direction?

That's what the revision rounds are for — they're built into every project. We'd much rather land it right together than push the first idea through because it was first.

What timezone do you cover?

We're based in Serbia and Miami, so between us we cover European and US hours — wherever you are, there's usually someone awake to reply.
